Participants of this workshop will learn how to plan and execute team building activities and how to integrate them in learning process. The purpose of team building activities is to develop teamwork competencies such as communication, compromise, and collective reasoning. These exercises reframe success in terms of group outcomes, and encourage teammates to adopt a team mindset even after the activities end.
Team building activities introducer is responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals. You will learn about five stages of team buiding process and which activities to use to achive positive impact in building strong and effective team, increase trust and collaboration between members of the team and to have some fun also. We’ll also take a breef look at Belbin’s team roles and learn the importance of roles in team.
